REQUIREMENTS:

1. Original Passport  and copy of all pages.

2.  Original FM2 of FM3 and copy of all pages.

3.  Proof of Residency (Electric or telephone Bill, if Rental Contract an ID of the Owner must be attached).

4. 4 Front color pictures 4x4 cms and 4 Right Side color Pictures 4x4 cms.

5.  Power of attorney.

6.  Bank Payment and 3 copies of the receipt.

7.  Special Format.

NOTE: A "Carta de Residencia" from the Municipality can substitute the proof of residency. That is faster and easier to get. Cost aprox. 35.00 to 40 pesos. 2 Color pictures infantile size are needed and documents as passport and FM2/3 need to be exhibited.
